One of only 42 hardcover notebooks that will ever exist, starring the two tiny culprits of Crime and Punish-Mint: a sleuthing mint hot on the case and a light-fingered mint making off with the evidence. For plotting your own whodunnits, garden plans, allotment lists, recipes, and which mint makes the perfect pot of tea.
I'm Fenella. This artwork comes from my Crime and Punish-Mint garden in Hartlepool, my bid to grow a National Collection of Mentha, and the way I'm finding my way back from a brain injury, one plant and one clue at a time.
The garden holds 84 mint varieties, each paired with its own horticultural cozy mystery book in the garden's book hut, plus its own plant lore and crime dossier on the website. 252 minty plant babies are up for adoption, and every plant parent is proudly displayed on the website.
Each plant species will also get its own PlantWave bio-sonification musical track on my YouTube channel, with a percentage of the music's earnings donated to EarthPercent to give back to nature.
